The preferred electronic file format is a press-optimized PDF with fonts embedded. However, native files complete with links and fonts from the following applications are acceptable: QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Freehand.
Both electronic files and hard copy proof of advertisement is required.
