- Rates do not include shipping and handling
- All reprint invoices are payable net 30 days
- U.S. firms will be billed in U.S. funds at a conversion rate determined by HC&CC
- Except for shipments outside of Canada, all invoices are subject to the Canada's Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 6%
- All reprints bear the inscription "Reprinted from Healthcare Information Management & Communications Canada", including volume and issue number
